ESKIMOS undertakes to provide the service as stated on the booking confirmation. Additional services will only be considered if agreed by both parties. Additional services are payable by the customer. All prices are net in CHF, including 7.6% VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Confirmed booked events can be cancelled no later than 60 day prior to the event. All costs accrued in the interim shall be chargeable, the minimum being 500 CHF.
Furthermore the following cancellation terms apply:
For services of third parties the cancellation terms of the respective renderer of service will apply. In case of good and bad weather events we decide whether or not to run the event 48 hours before start of event, respectively as agreed. The cancelation costs are charged according to booking confirmation. When cancelling parts of the booked event (Decrease the number of participants) we charge the following per person:
If an event has to be cancelled due to ‚Act of God’ such as storm, avalanche danger etc. ESKIMOS Sports GmbH charges all costs accrued in the interim, the minimum being 500 CHF, plus any possible costs from a third service provider. We recommend every client to plan an alternative event day for weather-dependent events.
The contractual partner informs ESKIMOS about the exact number of participants 72 hours, respectively as agreed in booking confirmation, prior to the start of event. Any changes of the number of participants in the last 72 hours can not be taken into consideration. ESKIMOS charges also for the guaranteed number of participants, even if fewer people participate.
Every reservation is automatically confirmed by email, which includes
the details of your booking. If you do not agree with some of the given
details, we ask you to submit your correction, this needs to happen
within 24 hours. If not, your course remains booked and binding.
All
requests should be made via the online booking form. If you would
rather make a booking via email to Kontakt, please give the
following details: Name of company, first and last name of contact
person, address, phone, mobile phone, email, start and end date of
event, cause of event, programme (if you already have your own
ideas),any recreational activities desired, accommodation desired.
If the customer arrives after the start date of the event or the programme has to be postponed, the customer is liable for the additional costs. In case of break off, late participation or early quitting of the event no refunds are payable and all resulting extra costs will be charged to the customer. If the date of the event has to be changed no less than 30 days prior to the start date we charge a handling fee of 10% of the arranged price per person as well as the costs according to the cancellation terms.
ESKIMOS Sports GmbH will invoice you directly after the event. The charged amount has to be transferred by the client onto the given bank account within 10 days. If a client does not show up, ESKIMOS Sports will charge a fee according to the cancellation terms.
The client and his/her participants/employees are responsible for their own insurance. ESKIMOS SPORTS GMBH will not be held responsible for accidents occurred during the events/activities on or off the slopes, in the freestyle park, at the ski race or at any other ESKIMOS events locations or venues.
All business relations and closed contracts with ESKIMOS Homes GmbH are subject to the local law at the location of the company (Saas-Fee).
