Every booking request will be confirmed by us via E-mail and we will provide you with all the details concerning your request. When you agree with all these details, please let us know in writing within 48 hours or else we cannot confirm you booking. When you have confirmed your booking we will sent you a rental contract via E-mail.
The contract becomes valid when signed by both parties and when ESKIMOS Homes has received the payments by the agreed date. If any of the payments are not paid by the agreed date, ESKIMOS Homes has the right to cancel the booking without notice and without any liability.
All booking request should be done with the online booking form. Should you prefer to send us an e-mail, please send it to: Kontakt and include the following details: First name, Sir name, Address, postal code, city, country, e-mailaddress, mobile number, start of rental period, end of rental period, number of weeks, number of adults, number of children, name of apartment/Chalet, guest services (if required), other wishes/requests.
The total rent price includes end cleaning, transfer from parking to the property and back. In every property we provide linen, towels, hairdryer, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee machine with capsules, TV/DVD, WI-FI Internet.
Pets are not allowed to be kept in the building.
Due to the high risk of fire, it is not allowed to smoke in the any of our buildings. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (an ashtray will be provided).
If the booking is made less than 2 months in advance 100% of the rental price will be charged immediately. If the booking is made longer than 2 months in advance, the rental price will be charged as following: 50% immediately and 50% 2 months before the start of the rental period.
The additional costs (visitor’s tax) will be charged after arrival.
Visitors' tax rates per night: Adults CHF 2.50 - Children (from 6-16 years) CHF 1.25 (subject to changes)
When cancelling a confirmed booking the following cancellation term apply:
In case of a late arrival or an early departure no refunds will be given.
The property has to be transferred to the tenant in clean and good condition, without defects. Should there be any defects detected or the inventory should be incomplete, the tenant has to inform ESKIMOS Homes immediately otherwise the property is considered to have been transferred in good condition.
The rental property is to be used with care. The tenant is obliged to follow the house rules, and to be considerate to other residents and neighbours.
At the end of the rental period the property should be left in tidy condition and returned with the complete inventory. The tenant is liable for any damages of property and has an obligation to notify ESKIMOS Homes.
Should several tenants have signed the contract, they are all liable for the obligations/conditions in this contract.
The insurance of liability in case of accident is the responsibility of the tenant. In case of an accident in/outside/around the property ESKIMOS Homes will take no liability.
All business relations and closed contracts with ESKIMOS Homes GmbH are subject to the local law at the location of the company (Saas-Fee).
