When canceling a confirmed course reservation (ski- and snowboard school, other sports) the following cancellation terms apply:

All bookings can only be changed by the guest at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the course and only if there is still capacity. For changes less than 3 weeks prior to the course start the cancellation terms apply.
If the student arrives later than the booked time of the lesson, there will be no refund given and the instructor will not make up for the lost time.
The course price does not include equipment. Our local partner shops will be pleased to help you with rental and any further advice. Ski: cesarsport.ch, Snowboard: popcorn.ch or wildonesaasfee.ch. ESKIMOS guests profit from a 10% discount.
Please make your payment, prior to commencement of course at our ESKIMOS office in Saas Fee. Guests will be invoiced for no-shows, according to the cancellation terms.
If a group course is under-subscribed, ESKIMOS reserves the right to reduce the course duration, cancel the course or run the full course at a surcharge.
If all the lifts are closed for any reason, information about further procedures will be given at 9.30 at the ESKIMOS meeting point Village or call our Hotline +41 27 957 49 04. If need be and only if there is capacity, the lesson will be postponed or an alternative program will be provided. (No refunds are given).
Booked group courses cannot be transferred to another person. However, private lessons can be transferred on individual agreement. Please hand in the signed course confirmation to the course instructor prior to the start of the course.
The course price does not include the lift pass. We will be pleased to advise you.
All business relations and closed contracts with ESKIMOS SPORTS GMBH are subject to local law at the location of the school (Saas- Fee).
Several tour operators, who are our contractual partners, receive a discount, which they can pass on to their clients. We do not give discounts for direct bookings.
Every reservation is automatically confirmed by email, which includes the details of your booking. If you do not agree with some of the given details, we ask you to submit your correction, this needs to happen within 24 hours. If not, your course remains booked and binding.
All requests should be made via the online booking form. If you would rather make a booking via email to Kontakt, please give the following details (from all students):
Full name, date of birth, home (residence) and holiday (in Saas Fee) address, mobile number, email, and type and date of the lesson.
Refunds due to accidents and sickness are made after the second day. 80% of fee of the outstanding services (course time) will only be refunded with a doctor’s certificate from the local surgery. If a course is unable to proceed due to ‘Act of God’ such as storm, avalanche danger etc there are no refunds. If the course cannot take place for more than one day due to ‘Act of God‘, you can choose to participate in an alternative program offered for children and adults.
The participant is responsible for his/her own insurance. ESKIMOS SPORTS GMBH will not be held responsible for accidents occurred during the lesson on or off the slopes, in the freestyle park, at the ski race or at any other ESKIMOS events.
