The rental contract becomes valid when signed by both parties and when ESKIMOS Homes has received the contract and the payments by the agreed date. If any of the payments are not paid by the agreed date, ESKIMOS Homes has the right to cancel the booking without notice and without any liability.

If you would rather make a booking via email to Kontakt, please give the following details: First name, last name, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail address, mobile number, start of rental period, number of weeks, number of adults , number of children (and their age), name of apartment/Chalet, guest services (if required), other wishes/requests.
Chalet Daphne, Sperling and Le Petit Mouton
The total rent
price includes end cleaning, transfer from parking to the property and
back. In every property we provide linen, towels, cleaning-set,
hairdryer, kettle, toaster, Delizio capsules coffee machine (capsules
are not included), welcome basket, 1 basket of fire wood, TV/DVD, WI-FI
Internet.
Chalet Alpraum
The total rent price includes the fire wood.
The chalet is equipped with dish washer, kettle, coffee machine,
TV/DVD, Wireless Internet, I-Pod station, washing machine and tumbler.
Pets are not allowed to be kept in the building.
Due to the high risk of fire, it is not allowed to smoke in the any of our buildings. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (an ashtray will be provided).
If the booking is made less than 2 months prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price will be charged immediately. If the booking is made longer than 2 months prior to the start of the rental period, the rental price will be charged as following: 50% immediately and 50% 2 months before the start of the rental period.
The additional costs (visitor’s tax) will be charged after arrival. Visitors' tax rates per night: Adults CHF 2.50 - Children (from 6-16 years) CHF 1.25 (subject to changes).
For eventual damages ESKIMOS Homes GmbH charges a deposit of CHF 1500,-, which will be deducted from the credit card of the guest. The guest has to forward his/her credit card details when booking a chalet/apartment.
When cancelling a confirmed booking the following cancellation terms apply:

The property has to be transferred to the tenant in clean and good condition, without defects. Should there be any defects detected or the inventory should be incomplete, the tenant has to inform ESKIMOS Homes immediately otherwise the property is considered to have been transferred in good condition.
The rental property is to be used with care. The tenant is obliged to follow the house rules, and to be considerate to other residents and neighbours.
Chalet Daphne, Sperling and Le Petit Mouton
At the end of
the rental period the property should be left in tidy condition and
returned with the complete inventory. The tenant is liable for any
damages of property and has an obligation to notify ESKIMOS Homes.
Chalet Alpraum
At the end of the rental period the property
should be cleaned thoroughly by the tenant and returned with complete
inventory. The tenant is liable for any damages of property and has an
obligation to notify ESKIMOS Homes. On request ESKIMOS Homes offers an
end cleaning service.
Our tranfer service with the electro taxi runs from 4.00pm to 6.30pm. The tenant can check in to the property after 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals have to organise their own transport.
Our transfer service with the electro tax runs from 7.00am to 10.00am. The tenant has to check out by latest 10.00am on the day of departure. Earlier departures have to organise their own transport.
If several tenants have signed the contract, they are all jointly liable for the obligations/conditions of this contract.
The tenant is responsible for his/her own liability and accident insurance. ESKIMOS Homes GmbH will not be held responsible for any accidents occurred in/outside/around the rented property.
The rubbish needs to be disposed according to the local regulations. Domestic waste has to be disposed in the specially marked grey rubbish bags (“Gebührensäcke”) and put in one of the wooden garbage houses (“Kehrichthaus”). For disposal of any bulky waste the tenant needs to follow the local regulations. Paper, PET, glass, batteries, metal and aluminium have to be at the recycling station close to the car park.
Every reservation is automatically confirmed by email, which includes the details of your booking and the invoice for the guest service. If you do not agree with some of the given details, we ask you to submit your correction, this needs to happen within 24 hours. If not, the guest service remains booked and binding.
All requests should be made via the online booking form. If you would rather make a booking via email to Kontakt, please give the following details: Full name, number of persons, home address & holiday address (in Saas-Fee), mobile number, email, number of days, type of guest service and dates. If you book the private chef: date for the consultation with the chef (at least 2 days before the cooking event).
Flexi Catering
The Flexi Catering service has to be paid in
advance. For booking less than 30 days prior to the first flexi
catering day the client has to pay the invoice immediately. For all
earlier booking the invoice needs to be paid within 30 days.
Private Chef
The private chef needs to be booked latest 3
days in advance. The consultation with the chef needs to take place at
least 2 days before the cooking event. The client has to pay ESKIMOS
Homes GmbH right after the cooking event, when he/she is still in
Saas-Fee.

All business relations and closed contracts with ESKIMOS Homes GmbH are subject to the local law at the location of the company (Saas-Fee).
